ICEE installed a small-scale Loopwing turbine
Inaugurated a project as a part of the environmental development in Philippine
International Center for Environmental Technology Transfer (ICETT), head quarter in Yokkaichi-shi, Mie prefecture, held a debrief session for a small-scale wind generator project jointly conducted with Philippine engineers sponsored by Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO). This project is a port of JETROfs act for strengthening of economic partnership with developing countries. JETRO is playing their role as a advisory for technology transfer, incentive, emission trading, education and collecting budget to defuse the renewal energy technology in Philippine and other Southeastern Asian countries.
They employed a noise less Loopwing wind turbine (Κ28050) manufactured by Loopwing co., ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo).
There were 109 attendants for this event from various industries such as Government, local government, Educational institutions and food manufacturer.
eConsidering the cost to import the devices from Japan, we are expecting to develop the way to manufacture locally in Philippinef Kazuo Murakami, the technical supervisor from ICETT commented.
They will operate the wind generator as a test operation for data collecting until the end of the project in Jan next year. |
